Honors Transfer Council of California

These partnerships do not influence CSU admission decisions. 
They come into effect only if a student is accepted by the university.
CSUs have obligations to their local communities, and the HTCC honors that important part of the CSU mission.

Students must complete applications for both the university and the honors program, 
and they may have to apply for the program before they know whether they're admitted to the university.
